Strong in Body, Strong in Faith: The LET Method for Powerful 15-Minute Workouts
May 01, 2025"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23
As high-achieving Christian men, we strive to honor God through our work, our families, and our faith. But what about our health? With busy schedules, it’s easy to let fitness slip to the bottom of the list.
At Tyler’s Training, I help Christian men move better, eliminate pain, and reclaim their health—without sacrificing career or family. That’s why I created the LET Method, a powerful 15-minute workout system designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility while keeping God at the center of our journey.
If you’ve been struggling to find time for fitness, this method will help you steward your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)—efficiently and effectively.
What Is the LET Method?
The LET Method is built on three key pillars:
๐น L - Load (Strength)
๐น E - Efficiency (Metabolism)
๐น T - Time Under Tension (Muscle Activation)
By focusing on compound movements, controlled intensity, and minimal rest, this method helps you get maximum results in minimum time—allowing you to stay strong for your family, career, and calling.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." — Philippians 4:13
